This page explains what InvoJunction stores, why we store it and how you stay in control of it. It is maintained by the InvoJunction team and is not a legal certification.
What we store
We store the account details you give us when you sign up, the business profile you complete, and the customers, invoices, quotes, payments and expenses you create inside the app. We store nothing about your customers that you have not entered yourself.
Why we store it
Your data is used to run the service: to build your invoices, send them to the people you choose, track payments and produce your reports. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only you and anyone you invite to your business. Access is enforced at the database level, so one account can never read another account's records. Invoice links you share are protected by a long, unguessable token.
Email delivery
When you send an invoice or a quote by email, the message and any attachment are passed to our email delivery provider so it can reach your customer.
Your choices
You can export your invoices and customers at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data by contacting support.
